  • Additionally, our court system allows litigants to harrass anyone they like for any reason so I imagine he was probably a little tired of paying attorney fees and dealing with the legal stonewalling of animal rights groups. It's ridiculous.

  • Government needs to shirnk not grow. You run the same risk owning a pitbull or other agressive dog. Check the CDC stats.

  • I'm personally in the process of filing judicial complaints against three Judges who let my ex off the hook scott free when they should have thrown the book at him.

  • All you have to do aparently is hire an attorney to make a deal with the corrupt Judges (who were attorneys before they became a Judge) and you skate! The courts don't care about the kids.

  • This article is BS.  My dauther's dad has been behind 10's of thousands of dollars on numerous occasions, been proven to be evading child support, hid his income, and lied thru his teeth at debtors hearings and never once saw the inside of a jail cell.

  • I think she has a clear case for a discrimination lawsuit against the Judge civilly. He is civilly liable for his rulings. Also I'd go for a complaint with Judicial Ethics.
